Life's not fair, a poem.

Life’s not fair

In the tapestry of life, a truth we must bear, Life is not fair, it plays a game unfair. Expectations high, like castles in the air, Disappointment lurks, a silent, stealthy snare.

A symphony of moments, both sweet and cruel, Life's unpredictable dance, a whimsical duel. In the realm of dreams, where hopes may fuel, Reality whispers, breaking the fanciful rule.

If fairness were a currency, scarce and rare, Fortune's favor, a capricious affair. Yet, in the shadows of despair, hope's flare, Resilience blooms, a response to life's dare.

A tapestry woven with threads of delight, Intertwined with threads of sorrow's night. Unpredictable patterns, shifting in the light, Life's masterpiece, both dark and bright.

For fairness, a phantom, elusive and fleet, Chasing its mirage, weary hearts beat. Yet, in embracing the uneven feat, Strength arises, adversity to greet.

In the mosaic of existence, colors blend, Cherished moments, lessons to attend. Life's uneven path, a journey to transcend, Disappointment faced, with courage to mend.

So, let not fairness be the measure of grace, In life's tapestry, find your unique space. For, in the unfairness, resilience we embrace, A testament to the human spirit's embrace.
