Poetic Prayer for Stronger Faith
Father in Heaven,
I come before You today
With a heart that wavers
And a mind that questions.
I believe, Lord —
But help my unbelief.
Teach me to trust You
When my eyes cannot see.
Remind me that
faith is not from myself,
But a gift that flows from Your loving hands.
I open my heart to receive it now.
Let it take root and grow deep within me.
When the winds of
doubt blow, anchor me in truth.
When fear whispers, let Your voice be louder.
Guard my heart from the enemy’s lies.
Fill my thoughts with the promises of Your Word.
Let Romans 10:17 be alive in me.
May hearing Your Word daily strengthen my trust.
Replace my uncertainty with unshakable assurance.
Remind me that I am Yours, forever secure.
Let Hebrews 11:1 guide my days.
Give me confidence in what I hope for.
Give me assurance in what I do not yet see.
When my prayers
feel unanswered,
Teach me to wait with expectation.
When trials come,
Remind me they are not the end of my story.
Build my faith
one day at a time.
Teach me to rely on Your strength, not my own.
Let my testimony be that You are faithful.
Keep me from comparing my journey to others.
Make me
steadfast in my walk with You.
Let my faith shine as a light to others.
Give me courage to speak of Your goodness.
When my heart feels
weak,
Remind me that Your grace is sufficient.
When I feel unworthy,
Show me the cross where my worth was secured.
Thank you for
giving faith as a gift.
Thank you for never turning me away.
Thank you for holding me when I cannot hold on.
Thank you for loving me through my doubts.
Let my faith
grow as I praise You daily.
Let my trust deepen as I pray without ceasing.
Remove every shadow of fear from my mind.
Fill every corner of my soul with light.
Teach me to
live by faith and not by sight.
Help me stand firm when storms arise.
Let my roots be planted by streams of living water.
May my life bear fruit that glorifies You.
Keep me close
to Your heart, O Lord.
Never let me forget that I am Yours.
Increase my faith until the day I see You face to face.
In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
