Faith!

Faith!

Hebrews 11:1 – Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.

The key words here are sure, hope, certain, see.

This organization would open the eyes of those individuals or organization to help them see the possibilities, developing goals, create visions and programs which would foster, develops, maintain, monitor an individual’s progress.

See the need, see the plan, see the goal, see the result – open the eyes to what could be, not what is or what was but what will be.

Speak in terms of the positive, of having acquired the dream before you even begin.

Without sight we live in darkness to the world of possibilities that exist right before our eyes.

In order to achieve you must first believe.

Without belief in yourself, your abilities, your talents, your dream, it is impossible to achieve.

In order to believe you must first see.

You need to create or have a vision, a goal, a dream, something to shoot for, something to strive for, something to work towards, something to focus on, something to dedicate yourself to, something to perfect, a target.

This organization would be centered on seeing the world of possibilities that exist right in front of us if we will only take the first step and open our eyes and begin to dream.

How can I make a difference in this world?

What do I have within me that make me unique or different?

If money was absolutely of no concern, what would I like to do to love and serve my fellow man?

How could I be of benefit to them?

Motivation is very important. Why you do something is equally as important as doing it. Motivation is the driving force behind a human behavior.

Motivation – to provide with a motive, actuate.

Motive – something as reason or desire, acting as a spur to action. Causing or capable of causing motion.

Why do we do the things we do, say the things we do, think the things we do. What causes us to act, think and speak the way we do?

What is that driving force, that longing, that need, that desire, that reason that spurs us on to act, think and speak?

In order to institute change we first need to understand the why, reason, desire why people say, think and do what they do today.

If you don’t know what drives you today you cannot implement solutions for change tomorrow.

First, come to an understanding of the why’s today, and then develop your plans for tomorrow.

In order to institute change we need to change the motive behind the behavior.

Simply changing the behavior will not produce long lasting change, the motive will have to shift and change.

Every act of men has an attached motive to it. No one does anything without a reason, known or unknown; everything is done with a purpose.

Change the purpose and you can change the individual.

In business the purpose for their existence can be summed up in a mission statement.

Mission – an assignment to be carried out; task.

Statement – the act of stating or declaring. Something stated or declared.

State – a condition or mode of existence. An emotional or mental condition.

Why are you even here on this earth?

What is your purpose?

Where did you come from?

And where are you going upon your death?

What do you like to do?

Whom do you trust?

Respect?

Have faith in?

Believe?

Obey?

Honor?

Do you even care to know any of the above?

You can only help those who want to help themselves. Each of us will come to a point in our life where we will need to reach out our hand and ask for help.

This organization wants to be there for an individual or an organization when it realizes they cannot do this on their own and they seek out help.

Before change can even begin to be instituted a person must come with a broken heart, contrite spirit, humbly with full knowledge and complete acceptance that they just can’t “do it” (whatever it is for them) on their own.

As long as a person still believes they need to control out of fear, uncertainty and doubt, their life, they are not ready to implement the changes necessary to move them from one state of being (mind) to another.

You can help those who honestly desire to help themselves.

They have to want to implement the changes in their life for no one but themselves.

Any time you change for someone or something outside yourself, change becomes a chore or a burden because it is not done with the proper motivation.

We will only successfully change areas in our life when we come to the realization that we are doing them for our own safety and security and not for others.

What is your goal, your dream, your target?

Is it service, love, salvation, survival, why do you do what you do?

So the first thing we need to do is help others see.

The second thing to do is create hope.

We talked about hope, hope is hope – to want or wish for with a feeling of confident expectation. A wish or desire accompanied by expectation of fulfillment. A wish or want can also be termed a dream or goal.

That is the easy part, all of us can come up with a hundred things we want or wish for.

The key word in this definition is confident – reliance or trust. A trusting relationship. A feeling of self-assurance. Self-assurance, believing in one’s self and one’s ability. Willing to risk, willing to fail, able to pick oneself up after failure, willing to dream, willing to go out on a limb. Self-love, esteem, worth, value, trust respect, belief.

If we don’t believe in our self or trust our self how are we going to implement change?

Do you constantly disappoint yourself?

Are you always letting yourself down?

Are you too self-critical?

Are you always putting yourself down?

Do you love the way you look?

Act and speak all the time?

Are you frequently not on time?

Don’t follow through with things?

Justify or rationalize your behavior?

Have to say you’re sorry for you actions?

Do you put others down?

Do you laugh, make fun of or judge others by their appearance or behavior?

Do you lack self-esteem, Love or Worth?

Do you quit easily?

Have accepted failure as a way of life?

Have you lower your expectations about your life, have you given up trying?

Put that all behind you; that is not you, never was you, never will be you again!

Love yourself, believe in yourself, love others, serve others, treat others as you would like to be treated, stop judging yourself, comparing yourself, criticizing yourself, accept yourself for who you are right now!

Do not second guess yourself, say but only if, wallowing in your past, don’t despair!

Accept things exactly the way they are, find joy and happiness in whatever state you are currently in, relax, take several deep breaths and tell yourself, I’m okay and I am going to be okay from this day forward because I am going to accept myself exactly for what I am and not for what I am not and move on!

Who cares what you think you are, only you are so self-critical of yourself that you are afraid to start living.

You find it easier to live with the pain, sorrow, and misery of life, more comfortable even though you hate it.

You do nothing to change it because that would mean loving yourself, forgiving yourself, accepting yourself just they way you are warts and imperfections and all.

So what?

Get over it!

 Move on!!

Start today!!!

Begin by telling yourself I am going to stop worrying about what others (the world) believe, opinion, think about me!

Most of the time you are dead wrong on what others think of you so why believe that garbage you tell yourself?

It is not true!

Who told you that you were or are (fat, ugly, dumb, shy, stupid, unlovable etc.), you or the world?

Did the world or people in the world tell that directly or indirectly to you?

Remember, you choose to believe whatever you want to believe about yourself.

What do you tell yourself? Is it positive or negative?

What others and the world think about you doesn’t mean anything.

The sooner you realize that the sooner you will be ready to make whatever changes you believe are necessary to bring you peace, harmony, joy and happiness.

It doesn’t matter what others think, it only matters what you choose to believe.

Believe you can and you will.

Don’t be so hard on yourself, life is not easy and it is not fair, don’t ever expect to be, you will only be disappointed.

Give, give, give, serve, serve, serve, trust, trust, trust, love, love, love others.

Get off the me bandwagon and get on the they bandwagon.

Stop doing things for yourself and start doing things for others.

When you stop putting your focus on you and start to put it on others, you will find this millstone of fear, worry, doubt, anxiety, uncertainty is lifted from around your neck.

The two last words in the word faith is certain and sure.

Another word for this is trust and believe.

We are all sinners, we have all failed, we have all disappointed, we have all toyed with the truth, regardless the Lord will forgive those who forgive others and who ask for forgiveness.

It is not so difficult, we need to accept was is; as what is.

Have patience, set daily and weekly action objectives.

If you act today, your tomorrows will take care of themselves.

Set daily objectives, things, events, conversations, situations you want to get done today.

Then start all over again tomorrow.

Don’t worry about tomorrow today.

Stop beating yourself up and go with the flow.

Pray continuously, seek the guidance of the Lord, do his will not yours, listen to his voice, not Satan’s.

Remember Satan wants you to feel misery, pain and suffering. Anytime you experience these emotions it is from Satan.

The Lord brings truth, light, honesty, righteousness, love, acceptance, forgiveness, salvation.

This organization would focus on meeting the needs of those who desire to make this world a better place to live on.

Peace, harmony, happiness, joy, love, acceptance, tolerance, patience, faith, hope, charity are its emblems.

Our Heavenly Father is the chairman of the board and Jesus Christ is the president.

The vice president of operations is the Holy Spirit.

Changes really do come true, you choose to change and we will be there for you.

This organization could be very broad in its scope because everyone wants to change something about themselves; they just don’t know how to go about enacting the change.

This organization would empower those individuals or organizations that were ready to begin the process of change.

It would support those individuals through the change process until they were ready to go out on their own.

What would you like to be today?

Thank you Heavenly Father for this bit of inspiration today. It was nice to be able to get up today and walk without the distractions and interruptions of others.

I do like it quiet when I want to go about writing or praying. The Lord does provide me with a great deal of inspiration while I walk if I walk in the early morning when everyone is sleeping.

It is now 10:00 a.m. in the morning. It is a great day to be alive, thank you Lord for my life and thank you for my lot in life.

Praise to you Lord Jesus Christ, I humble and submit myself to you today and forever. I love you Lord.

Watch over me today and keep the evil one away from me, lead me away from all temptation and please help me see those opportunities where I may be of service.

Amen.
